Dan earned a BA in Religion from Millikin University, earned a Master of Divinity from Lexington Theological Seminary, and went to work in pastoral ministry. After 16 years in pastoral care in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Dan returned to school at Kansas State University to earn an MS in hospitality management. Earnestine Thompson, ALA II

Administrator, Residential & Assisted Living Services / Fair Haven, Birmingham

Earnestine is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator who has served as Residential Administrator before during her long tenure with Methodist Homes. She began her career with Methodist Homes in 1982, and has served as the Director of Food Service for several Methodist Homes communities, and most recently as Corporate Director of Food Services.
