Fountain of Love Fund

The Fountain of Love Fund was created to be an ever-flowing source of funds to help individuals in a Methodist Home whose own finances become exhausted. This provides security and assurance to individuals who find that they no longer have sufficient income to pay for their entire care. No resident has ever been asked to leave a Methodist Home due to inability to pay.

Planned Giving

Gifts to Fair Haven can be made in a variety of ways. Gifts through bequests, estates and wills are a treasured way to leave a legacy for the residents of Fair Haven. For these and other special gift options like gifts of securities or real estate, charitable gift annuities and more, we will be happy to work with your financial advisor to help you achieve your philanthropic goals. To explore planned giving opportunities, you or your financial advisor are invited to contact the Methodist Homes office at 205-951-2442 or send an email to Sherri at seasdon@methodisthomes.org.

Chapel Renovation

The Chapel is an icon at Fair Haven and has always been at the center of life and faith on our campus. Because Methodist Homes is unable to use any bond proceeds for these renovations, a Chapel team (consisting of residents from independent living, assisted living and long-term care) has been formed to consider some of the options for the Chapel and to spearhead the fundraising. The Chapel will receive new paint, new carpeting, refreshed lighting, new seating and new windows, which will now be stained glass. Want to help us fund this project?
